Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply when you book cleaning services with MyBnB Cleaning and Merchandise Pty Ltd. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Labour Hours
A labour hour refers to one cleaner working for one hour. A minimum of 2 labour hours applies to all bookings. Time may include setup, preparation, and equipment handling.
Pricing & Rate Adjustments
Pricing is based on property size and condition. If additional time is required, we may adjust pricing and will seek approval before proceeding.
Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours with details and photos. A complimentary re-clean will be arranged within 1–7 days where possible. Move-in/out cleans allow 7 days for reporting.
Arrival Window
We operate within a 1-hour arrival window. If delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Damage & Loss
Report any damage within 48 hours with photos. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items.
Biohazards
We do not handle hazardous materials including bodily fluids, waste, or needles. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe jobs.
Property Condition
If the property condition differs significantly from what was described, we may adjust pricing, scope, or decline the job. A call-out fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior. Late cancellations may incur a 100% fee.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure access, utilities, and safety. If we cannot proceed due to access issues, a fee may apply.
Pets
Pets must be secured during service. We may cancel or reschedule if safety is compromised.
Payment Terms
Payment is processed at booking or upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is invalid.
Safety Limitations
We do not lift heavy furniture or clean unsafe heights. Clients must prepare areas requiring special access.
Independent Cleaners
Services may be carried out by vetted independent contractors who meet our standards.
Public Holidays
Services may operate depending on availability. We do not operate on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if safety is at risk or booking details are inaccurate.
