After each clean, all keys are returned to their original location, with photo confirmation provided for your peace of mind.
We understand that travel plans change. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate the cleaner for their blocked schedule.
